UPDATE ON HOA STATUS
Current - We have received word back from the TX Secretary Of State in accepting our Form 424 ‘Certificate of Amendment’ and form 802 ‘Periodic Report of a Nonprofit Corporation’. These forms are required for our residents to legally have ownership of the Home Owners Association. We now have these approved forms and have set up our non-profit bank account and transferred association funds to our direct control.
Please submit payment of your annual dues to our HOA Treasurer Rusty Paulus at 7118 Bayou Timbers Drive. Make your check payable to Bayou Timbers HOA. Soon we hope to establish an e-pay program for collecting annual dues.
